President
As President of The London Group, Gary H. London is a strategic consultant and real estate economist whose clients include real estate developers, investors, corporations, financial institutions, businesses and public agencies. Project assignments span all real estate sectors including residential developments, office buildings, industrial, hotels retail and mixed-use projects.
As the former West Region Director of the Price Waterhouse Real Estate Consulting Group, Gary brings acknowledged credentials and experience as an advisor and analyst to many successful projects and assignments throughout North America.
Prior to his tenure at Price Waterhouse, he was Executive Vice President of The Goodkin Group, an international real estate consulting firm.
Mr. London is a columnist with San Diego Business Journal. He has had articles published and has been quoted in the Wall Street Journal, Metropolitan Magazine, Professional Builder, Builder, California Land, California Business, New York Times, Los Angeles Times, San Diego Union, San Diego Daily Transcript, San Diego Metropolitan Magazine, Real Estate Securities and Capital markets and the San Diego Business Journal. Radio and TV appearances have included: National Public Radio, CBS, Channel 39 KNBC, Channel 10 KABC, Channel 8 KFMB, Channel 9 KUSI, 1000 AM KCEO, 1130 AM KSDO, 89.5 FM KPBS. He has also testified before the U.S. House of Representatives, Committee on Banking, Finance and Urban Affairs.
Mr. London is an instructor at the University of San Diego’s Burnham-Moores Center for Real Estate Continuing Education Program and an instructor at the University of California, San Diego extension.
Mr. London received his Master of City Planning degree from San Diego State University in 1976; BA in Political Science in 1974 from the University of California-Berkeley.
