John P. Neal is a founding principal of PAULINNEAL, an international business consulting and interim management firm specializing in strategic development, executive mentoring, and positioning for successful exit for closely held companies. Mr. Neal has established a reputation as being a visionary entrepreneur, by founding several companies and organizations and by working on several successful turnaround teams. Individually, and through his companies, John has helped hundreds of businesses in a wide variety of industries to achieve their goals.

PAULINNEAL consists of a network of senior executives with successful international track records. They act as mentors to client CEO’s or as members of client company management teams, providing critical management expertise in the areas of Strategic Planning, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance. PAULINNEAL has assisted dozens of companies to achieve faster market penetration, greater profitability, and high enterprise values.

Since co-founding PAULINNEAL in April 2001 John has served as acting CEO, COO, or CFO for a variety of companies in industries ranging from manufacturing to clinical research, playing a key role in increasing clients revenue and profits. To address the niche needs of his clients in clinical research, John founded Premier Clinical Management Organization in 2007.

Prior to PAULINNEAL, John founded and ran several companies and held senior executive positions in several firms including RCG Management (which grew to be the largest firm of it's type in Southern California and became known as the "go to" firm in San Diego for interim financial management) and ACE Group, Inc., an enterprise systems consulting firm specializing in implementation and customization of fully integrated, best-of-breed back-office and front-office systems.

John;s early career included roles as a member of a Girard Capital turnaround team serving as Vice President/Controller of Girard Savings Bank of San Diego and as a Senior Accountant and Consultant with Deloitte, Haskins &qmp; Sells (now Deloitte & Touche) in the San Diego office serving closely held and venture capital backed companies. John received his Bachelor of Science degree with honors in Accounting from San Diego State University in 1980.
